No, generally you do not have to be home during your cleaning service. To give our team space to access all areas, we prefer our clients to be out during a clean. So grab a coffee, take the dog for a walk and come back to a fresh home!

We very much appreciate it if your home is left as clutter free as possible. However, we will always support you by tidying up where we can.

At Meadow we understand that keeping your furry friend safe is of upmost importance. If you have a dog with an anxious or unpredictable temperament (or one that loves to run after the vacuum) we advise they are kept in a separate room so we can clean your space efficiently!

Meadow use a range of professional, premium eco-friendly products. These products are free from the following harmful substances:
APEs
EDTA
PHOSPHATES AND PHOSPHONATES
VOCs
The packing of these products is 90% recycled, and our bottles are re-used and recycled at the end of their life.
We also buy concentrated products in bulk to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible.

No, you do not need to provide any cleaning products or equipment, this is all provided by us to ensure we are cleaning using safe, eco-friendly practices. If you have a specialist product you’d like us to use (e.g. for a wooden floor), please let us know prior to your first clean.

At Meadow Cleaning Services, our quotes are offered in person at a time that suits you.
Once you have contacted us, we will get back to you as soon as we can to ask some initial questions. We will then discuss a suitable time and date for your quote.
Your quote will take between 20 minutes to half an hour, and will take place in your home with Imogen. Imogen will have a look round your home with you and a quote will be decided!

Yes, we are fully insured under Public Liability Insurance for our customers peace of mind. Meadow are also members of The DCBN, the largest domestic cleaning trade association in the U.K, so you can be sure that we are trained and safe.

If you are not completely happy with your clean, please let us know within 48 hours so we can rectify the situation.

When you go on holiday, we are still happy to come and provide our usual service. This gives us a chance to do some deeper cleaning tasks such as wiping out cupboards, or cleaning the interior of the fridge.
